Our policy
Aspiro GP Practice is a signatory to the NHS England Sexual Safety in Healthcare Organisational Charter.
We are committed to taking a zero-tolerance approach to any unwanted, inappropriate, or harmful sexual behaviour in the workplace. This applies to all staff, learners, and anyone working within or alongside our teams.
As signatories, we commit to the ten core principles of the Charter, which include actively working to eradicate sexual harassment and abuse, promoting a culture of openness and transparency, and ensuring that anyone who experiences or witnesses such behaviour has access to clear and accessible reporting routes and support.
We have signed the Charter and completed our self-assurance checklist. We are actively working through our implementation action plan and review our progress regularly to ensure we meet our commitments and support the safety and wellbeing of our whole workforce.
